This is the proposed text of the updated SFBAPG bylaws that will be put before the membership in our upcoming election. Our bylaws require that a copy of the proposed changes be made available to the membership before the vote. Since we have taken this opportunity to do a general update, the entire proposed text of the bylaws is included here as part of you May 2008 newsletter.
