Just got a flyer from the Asian Art Museum - On Sunday November 14th from 10 to 4, is the Fall Family Festival. Free with museum admission. All kinds of events but the one that caught my eye (naturally) was the Jataka Puppet Theater with Charlie Chin. 2:00 - 2:30 p.m.
"Using the teaching tales first related by the Sakya Buddhists of Tibet (one of the four Tibetan Buddhist Orders) to its followers, the Jataka Puppet Theater uses Asian and European puppet traditions to bring these enduring, popular and insightful stories to life. "
