Dear Guild Members,

Your president and board are working hard to serve you, but need your input in order to know what kind of meetings and activities you would like for your guild. The turn out for the September Guild event at the Jarvis Conservatory's Puppet Festival was much lower than expected. Filling out the brief survey below might help your board understand why this meeting/activity did not happen as planned, and help serve your needs better in the future. Please feel free to elaborate on your answers if you wish and answer only those that apply to you.

Did you by chance attend the performance/meeting in Napa without the
discount (and wonder where the guild was?)

Did you feel that $25.00 (the price after the discount) was too high for the event? Do you feel that guild meetings should always be free, or, if taking place at an event with admission, under a certain amount for entrance? How much would you think appropriate?

Did the particular shows offered (Parasol Puppets and Huber Marionettes) not interest you (or had you seen them before?)

Would you have come that night if it were not for other plans you had?

Did the time of day or location effect your decision not to attend?

Did your experience at a previous guild performance event with admission (ex. Black Light Theatre of Prague) influence your decision not to attend?

What is your idea of a "don't miss" guild meeting?
