The Boards of UNIMA-USA and PUPPETEERS OF AMERICA express profound sympathy and support for the survivors of Hurricane Katrina. We stand in solidarity with our fellow puppeteers who were affected by this catastrophe. We urge all puppeteers to help the relief effort by supporting The Red Cross, The Salvation Army and other established organizations who are leading the charge to restore normalcy in the region. The puppeteers we have contacted from the affected area are deeply grateful for the care and concern expressed by other puppeteers.
